My depression is kicking back in… but now it’s job related. Time to start looking for a new one. :/ I don’t know that I’ll ever find quite what I’m looking for, but I’m not willing to give up yet.

Try to stick it out for a little while longer, though. You were so looking forward to this move from Sac to Davis, just to make the commute easier on you. And trust me, as a daily 70-mile/90-minute roundtrip commuter, there’s nothing that eats into your bank account (and morale) more than the commute.
But, as much as I’d hate to see you ditching a decent-salaried job because you’re having a down spell, I’d never want you working someplace that truly isn’t inspiring you.
