Speaking up uploading my photos to flickr… two of them are actually of me. I ran into a Japanese lady walking Putah Creek and taking photos like I was, I greeted her and made a comment about both of us taking pictures, and she asked me to take one of her. So we swapped cameras and took two pictures of each other. And that made me think of how many times I’ve been stopped and asked for directions since moving here to Davis, by people in cars, on bikes and walking. It makes me feel good to help people, but I’m surprised by how often it happens.
