I’m behind on posting yet again, just a couple things I need to get down on paper and out of my head.
The important one… we had to put Cookie to sleep at the end of January. It was really hard, and I’ll always miss her, but I’m feeling much better now.
The not so important one I just don’t want to forget: Mary’s Pizza Shack – Brownie Sundae is good, but not as good as the best ones I’ve found. It’s warm, moist, soft and a bit crumbly, with good chocolate flavor. Could use a good hot fudge sauce or chocolate chips in the batter to give it that extra oomph it’s missing now.
