If you have certain health conditions and need oxygen for your brain to function, adrenaline will get your blood pumping. Being yelled at can help you get that adrenaline to think and function.

Someone has to care enough about you to yell at you.

Yelling takes energy so they have to be interested enough in you or what you’re talking about or doing to yell about it.
